I like this little processor for mixing up small quantities of food. True, it doesn’t hold a ton, but I does what I bought it for – I make a few days worth at a time.
- Holds about 8 oz of food comfortably at a time (so it mixes well, etc)
- I think this is a good size to make fresh food and to try new foods (without making a bunch if it’s not a hit!)
- Pretty easy to clean
- Just 4 parts, so easy to assemble and use
- It’s not super heavy duty, so I do chop things up a good amount before putting them in there
All in all, I think it’s worth it. I didn’t have a regular food processor and for me a blender just didn’t work quite right and I thought it was harder to get the food mixed.
Some hints I also found when investigating making baby food are:
- After mixing if you want to freeze any, just use ice cube trays. Each cube is about 1 oz and once they’re frozen, pop them out and put in a zip-loc for storage.
- If you’re just getting started, I thought this website was useful and had good ideas – - wholesomebabyfood
Good luck!

great but!!!
I love this product. When I prepare food for my baby, I feel so happy.
Yes. It is right. You have to add some water in there to get better results.

I tried this before my baby was born and I like it. I needed some fresh fruit for my 6 month old niece. She was having bowel issues I was told to give her fresh fruit in stead of jars. It did not take long the food to look like the stage 2 foods in the store. I saw the blade goes up and down to try to get all the food. I defiantly recommend this to any one who want the best food for there baby. Home made food is so much healthier for babies than jar stuff, in my opinion.
I saw in some reviews that people did not like this processor because it would only chop foods like carrots, apples and pears. I would like to make a comment to that. Check any cook book and in order to puree any of those foods you need to boil them first. So please don’t use that review for your opinion. Would you eat veggies with out cooking them first! Take what you make for your table and then put it in the processor for the baby, and add a small amount of milk to make it softer!

good product
Pros: good product, generally easy to rinse – some food does get stuck on lid/cover part which will take a lot more work. Cons: overall easy to use.

It smokes
Every time I’ve used it, it smokes and makes the food taste a little burned. I’ve tried only pulsing it for short periods, to see if that keeps it from over heating, but to no…

Does the job…but has a critical design flaw
This blender does a great job blending the food but the design is flawed. I can only assume that they intended to simplify use by skipping a button or switch.

I HAVE ALWAYS WONDERED ABOUT BABY FOOD, THINGS LIKE WHAT DO THEY PUT IN THE BABY FOOD TO MAKE IT LAST SO LONG ? SO I DECIDED TO PURCHASE THIS PROCESSOR. THIS ITEM IS THE BEST THING THAT I COULD EVER HAVE, ITS EASY TO CLEAN, EASY TO USE, ITS SMALL ENOUGH NOT TO TAKE SO MUCH SPACE IN MY KITCHEN AND BIG ENOUGH TO MAKE FOOD FOR MY TWIN GIRLS. IM VERY HAPPY AND PROUD OF THIS ITEM. I WOULD SUGGEST EVERY FAMILY TO HAVE THIS.
MY GIRLS ARE NOW TRYING OUT DIFFERENT TABLE FOOD, ITS SO EASY TO USE, I JUST PUT SOME OF WHATEVER I AM EATING INTO THE PROCESSOR AND MIX SOME FOR THE BABIES TO GET USED TO THE TASTE OF TABLE FOODS. THIS WAY MY TRASSITION TO TABLE FOOD WOULD BE MUCH EASIER CAUSE THEY ALREADY KNOW THE TASTE OF THE NEW FOOD.

not so pleased
I was looking forward to using this product along with my baby food making kit but this food processor seems to only be able to handle very small quantities of food.

Just think twice do you REALLY need it?
I really wanted this little guy to work for me and my baby but it didn’t.
Maybe it would work for you but if you have a food processor or a blender it doesn’t really show a…

It’s easy but not great for batches
It is a good processor but it’s just too small to really be able to do much more than nightly food processing.

great for making baby food
It is worth of buying if you decide to make baby food by yourself. I have tried quite a variety of vegetables and fruits and it has been working perfectly for me.
